The starter kits

My own sheets and templates, with a short guide. You do the work.

Four kits

  • Business Management. Your whole business on one page, every Monday.
  • Supplier. Better terms from your suppliers, and more cash left in the business.
  • Creator Partnership. Pay creators for what they sell, and keep the ones who work.
  • Retention. Keep the customers you've already paid for.
  • $49 each, or all four for $99. Buy once and keep them.

What founders say

From founders who've worked with me

We were about to place a $400,000 inventory order on a 12-week lead time that would have put us 3 weeks from running out of cash. Adam caught it when our cash flow forecast said we were going to be fine.

It was three emails back and forth, and he never asked me for a dollar. We split the order, moved to a second manufacturer, and never had the problem.

Separate from the advice being insanely helpful, I've never met someone at his level that is just interested in providing value above all else.

Thomas, owner
Amazon FBA brand · $500K/month

I've paid consultants who took three months to tell me what Adam told me in one call. There's no warm-up. You send him your numbers, he tells you what's broken and what to do first.

Our cash flow improved by just under 25% in less than two weeks. The ROI on that single call made it the best investment I've ever made for my company.

Bryan, founder
Men's wellness supplement brand · $1.2M/month

He showed me I was the only person who could make a decision at my company. Adam helped me restructure my team and operating cadence, set up a scorecard the company runs on, and define what I do versus what the team does.

I got 20 hours a week back, and profitability didn't suffer. It improved.

Wyatt, co-founder
Premium personal care brand · $3M/month

We were under $100,000 in monthly revenue when we started and weren't sure we belonged in a conversation with Adam. He treated our numbers with the same seriousness as a $10M brand's.

His fix on contribution margin is the reason we had our first $50,000 day this year.

Functional supplement brand · $6M/year

My journey

From a bench to $260M

We bootstrapped Hiya Health from a bench in Los Angeles to a $260M acquisition, with no venture capital, no retail for years and no industry experience.

It wasn't my first company. I'd raised venture money before, grown at all costs and watched it break me. With Hiya, I did the opposite, and it worked.

Today I meet founders who've scaled fast and built a great demand machine with a weak business underneath. That gap decides what your company sells for. I'd rather you didn't learn it the hard way.

Your ROAS is lying to you

A lower-margin product that people buy again can beat a higher-margin one they buy once. Judge your ads on what's left after marketing, and look at it every week.

Checklist · Monday

  1. Work out what's left on an order after product, shipping and fees.
  2. Take off what you paid in ads to get that customer.
  3. If it's negative, write down how many orders it takes to earn it back.
